Kelly Dickinson
Kelly first developed her fascination with stripes while earning her BA (Hons) Design Degree at The Fylde, one of Britain’s most prestigious colleges. And began her career as a professional advertising photographer in London.
She moved to Asia in 2000 joining Ogilvy & Mather as an Art Director. By 2005, she’d honed her skills in both art direction and copywriting with a focus on 360˚ strategic solutions, and won a comprehensive cross section of industry awards. This culminated in her becoming one of the most highly awarded creatives in Asia (Source: Campaign Brief Ranking).
She then took a role as Associate Creative Director with Proximity BBDO Singapore, followed by Creative Group Head at M&C Saatchi Singapore. Her last job was a return to Ogilvy & Mather as a Regional Creative Director (Unilever-Dove) based out of Hong Kong. All in all, Kelly has lived and worked in Singapore for over 10 years, including spells in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai, Bangkok, Mumbai and South Africa.
Having earned her ‘stripes’ in the industry at large, Kelly took the bold step to cross some of those old dudes’ names off her business card and put her passion for great design and excellent production values born out of sound strategic insight into The Stripe Collective.
