The Challenge:
How do you turn the top floor of 3 shop houses into one giant space in Telok Ayer, as a suitable office space for a variety of business from a spirits trader to a tech start up?
The Solution:
An office design that is open and modern, capable of expanding as the start ups grew, and also offering private rooms and cosy corners for gatherings and meetings.
With a spiral staircase up to a loft office and a fully working bar in the pantry, the open concept allows for multi-desk configuration, hot desks and meeting spaces.
We incorporated hand painted artworks on the floor and cleverly placed, whimsical wall and ceiling stencils to add a sense of playfulness and intrigue.
